We are thrilled to share that we’ll also be featured at the ÉMI National Model House Park! 🏡🌿 The foundation stone for the Model House Park was laid this past Tuesday, October 29, in Szentendre.

The goal of the Model House Park is to bring the latest sustainable and innovative architectural solutions closer to everyone interested. 🌍 Of the 9 unique model homes to be displayed in the park, 5 environmentally friendly and sustainable buildings are being built by MAKÉSZ members. We are proud to represent sustainable architecture as members of MAKÉSZ. (https://evosz-makesz.hu/)

In spring 2025, the Model House Park in Szentendre will open its doors, where visitors can discover prefabricated, energy-efficient homes. Our model home has also been designed to embody sustainability and a close-to-nature approach, as we are dedicated to timber construction and greener building practices. 🌱✨
