Innovation, Quality and Networking – Highlights from the FAMASZ Study Tour

On 25–26 September 2025, Németh-Fa Kft. took part in the autumn professional study trip organized by FAMASZ (Hungarian Association of Window Manufacturers, https://famasz.hu/). The program offered us the opportunity to gain insights into the operations of several renowned wood industry companies and to experience the latest technologies and production solutions first-hand.

On the first day, in Austria, we visited the Josko Fenster plant, where we learned about modern window and door manufacturing processes and the key role of quality assurance. Afterwards, we went to the Leitz factory in Riedau, where we received a comprehensive professional introduction to tool manufacturing and wood industry innovations, followed by a factory tour.

On the second day, the program continued in Germany: at the Holz Schiller plant in Regen, we gained insights into large-scale industrial wood production as well as the latest material and technological developments.

The study trip enriched us not only with professional knowledge but also provided valuable opportunities for networking, exchanging experiences, and strengthening cooperation among players in the Hungarian wood industry.
