Modular houses

Our modular houses are very similar in their materials and layering to houses made with large-panel technology. Completely assembled wall, slab and roof panels are finished at our factory, and modular elements are assembled on site.

The two main considerations are pre-assembly state and transportability. The external dimensions of the modules are the same as those of containers used in freight transport, so they can be transported economically by truck.

The modular houses have a fixed floor plan due to the special structural design, please check the current modular house plans (including technical details). Easy access to the location is extremely important for modular houses due to truck transport and cranes.

In addition, because of the fix modular element sizes, you should always check whether the modular house types can be built on your plot in accordance with the “Local Building Regulations”.

All of the models are also available with other roof structure as well.
